This 2-part workshop will explore the significance and use of animation and filmmaking as a cross-curricular, expressive medium in the modern classroom. We will investigate different tools and techniques used to tell stories through animation using various current software application and technology. There will be a focus on stop-animation techniques and how this medium can be utilized for project-based learning activities in the classroom.
DATES: Thursday, October 25, and Thursday, November 01, 2018.
TIME: Each part runs from 4:30 – 6:30 pm with refreshments from 4:00 pm.
