The ETFO Durham Occasional Teachers’ Local is pleased to announce the following professional learning opportunity: Mental Health First Aid Training. With the current focus on mental health, understanding and being able to deal with mental health issues is becoming increasingly more important.
This 14 hour training session is geared for Adults who work with youth 12 and older.
Participants must attend all sessions in order to receive certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
