Draw the Line Curriculum Workshop

As educators we must provide safe and inclusive learning environments for all our students.  ETFO, in partnership with White Ribbon, and the Ministry of Education has developed the Draw the Line curriculum resource guide and workshop to provide you with concrete examples of how to support the development and maintenance of positive relationships amongst students regardless of gender and intersectional identities.

This workshop will help teachers address the important issues of sexual violence and sexual consent.  You will gain a greater understanding of how to assist your students in developing awareness and understanding of the above issues.  You will explore lesson plans that connect to curriculum expectations, receive posters, and Draw the Line Activity Cards that will help begin those honest and courageous conversations with your students on the role that bystanders can play to prevent sexual violence in an age and stage appropriate manner.

The DDSB has made Equity a focus – this workshop is both current and important in our work with students!
