Executive, Financial & Committee Reports: Various Executive and Committee Reports will be sent to members on the DOTL email list one week prior to the AGM. Financial Reports are available on the secure side of the website for review by members in good standing. Opportunities will be available for members to ask questions about the reports at the meeting.
Proposed 2018 – 2019 Budget: The proposed budget will be presented for approval by the membership. Members may ask questions, propose amendments, and/or approve the budget at the meeting.
Proposed Constitutional Amendments: Our current Constitution, as well as the amendment form, can be found on our website in the secure section at www.etfodotl.com. As per the Constitution, any amendments must be received by the President no later than twenty (20) days prior to the AGM (noon on Thursday May 10th). Please use the designated form found on our website that includes suggested wording. Proposed amendments will be posted on our website under the Member Information tab and sent to members on our email list no later than fourteen (14) days prior (May 16th) to the AGM on May 30th..
Election of Delegates to the ETFO AM: Our Local is entitled to send eight (8) delegates to the ETFO Annual Meeting to be held Monday, August 13th to Thursday, August 16th. The application for delegates can be found in the secure section of our website in the “Forms” section. Applications must be returned by noon on Thursday, May 10th in order to be considered.
