The DDSB Education Centre will be closing end of business day Friday December 23rd and will not reopen until Tuesday January 3rd. As banks require a minimum of three (3) business days to process payroll deposits, there is insufficient time to verify and process OT payments for assignments worked Wednesday Dec. 21st, Thursday Dec. 22nd, and/or Friday Dec. 23rd in time for the January 5th pay day. Instead, members will be paid for these days on the next pay day, January 19th. This applies to both OTs working a daily assignment as well as those in an LTO contract.
REMINDERS:
- OCT fees will be deducted from our pay on Thursday January 5th.
- The holiday period December 25th through January 7th coincides with the January 19th pay period. Therefore, members will have no assignments during this period and no funds will be deposited into our accounts. The exception will be OTs who worked December 21st, December 22nd and/or December 23rd as mentioned above.
