ETFO’s overall goal in every bargaining round is to negotiate collective agreements that improve the professional and personal lives of our members. To do that, ETFO needs to know what’s important to YOU.
This survey is your opportunity to tell the ETFO Provincial Executive what you consider the priorities should be for the 2017 round of central bargaining.*
Topics addressed include: Compensation, Benefits, Special Education (supports in the classroom, composition, etc), Health and Safety (violence in the classroom), as well as specific questions related to Occasional Teachers.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. At the end of the survey it asks what Local you represent. Let our voice be heard and show the ETFO Provincial Executive that the DOTL cares what is in our next Collective Agreement!
