June 4 PAID PA Day, Afternoon: Classroom Management

Preparation for next year begins with a plan to build an effective classroom from the first day we meet our students; this is a critical skill for all teachers.  Participants will be provided with strategies to create a structured, engaging and inclusive environment in order to minimize behaviours and maximize student learning.  Through the use of engaging learning activities, effecive rules and procedures, preventative strategies and role play scenarios teachers will explore best practices.

This workshop is a PAID half day event.  Participants will be paid at the daily rate for the afternoon.  A second PAID half day event takes place in the morning.  Register for the morning workshop separately on the notice for that event.
