Oct. 2 & 9 Creating a Positive Learning Experience and Managing the Environment as a Supply Teacher
In this 2-part series, participants will revisit effective classroom management practices for daily occasional teachers. Learn how to pace yourself as a daily occasional teacher, including: strategies to manage behaviour in a positive, restorative and proactive way, ways to seek support and communication (including how to request a de-brief from challenging situations). We will also discuss the importance of wellness for supply teachers.
