The Ontario Teachers’ Federation (OTF), with support from the Ministry of Education, presents an interactive professional learning event for teachers:
Come discover how you can enhance teaching and learning though technology in the classroom! All levels of technology expertise welcome.
This interactive three-day conference is designed for teachers who wish to learn more about the interplay between pedagogy and technology. Educators of all grades and subject areas will focus on the pedagogy afforded us by various applications of technology in support of student learning. Participants will leave with ideas and practical examples on how they can effectively apply the technologies to their classroom practice. Also available:
support for learning with digital tools
interaction with experienced educators
demonstrations and hands-on activities
leveraging technology to enhance learning and teaching
Minds on Media – experiment with new technologies supported by expert teachers

PLEASE NOTE:
This conference is for teachers who are new OR experienced using technology in the classroom.
This is a three-day conference. Registration reimbursements, travel subsidy payments and per diem expenses will only be paid to attendees who complete all three days of the conference.
The $50 fee includes 2 nights of single accommodations (if required)
There is a $50.00 ($44.25 plus HST) registration fee for this event. This fee is reimbursable upon successful completion of the full conference provided attendees sign in each day of the conference and submit an OTF expense form.
