The DDSB and your Durham Occasional Teachers’ Local  (DOTL) are pleased to invite you to participate in this exciting and relevant workshop with presenter David Hollingsworth.

STEM and Inquiry in the Classroom (2 Part Workshop) 

This active learning workshop will explore how different forms of inquiry can be used within the Science classroom to spark curiosity and exploration to uncover scientific concepts and scientific investigative skills connected to the curriculum.  Educators will have opportunities to explore how inquiry in science can extend into a STEM experience that engages students for learning.  Technology in the Science classroom will also be explored and used.

This is a two part workshop – participants must attend both sessions.

Please make sure to bring a laptop.
